Last week, I went to Pittsburgh to check out some apartments. I wasn't really too sure on how to start doing that since I've never actually had to do anything like this before... not to mention I know close to nothing about Pittsburgh. One of the first apartments I saw was incredibly sketchy... and me being me... I started doubting everything... including moving to a completely new city on my own. After the second apartment, I realized that I just need to suck it up... and accept change. I put down a deposit... and was informed that they will get back to me when/if I pass the credit check. A week later, they call me to let me know I passed it. They asked when I wanted to move in... blah blah blah. I guess this is all happening... with or without my blessing. August 10th will be the start of my year long (or more?) journey in Pittsburgh solo. We'll see how this one plays out.
